Eligibility: The Cleveland Golf Tour is open to any professional. The Tour reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone.

Annual Membership Fee: NONE

Tournament Entry Fee: $550

Tournament Format: Cleveland Golf Tour events will consist of 36 holes (no cut) of stroke play. Players will be required to walk in all Tour events. Entry fees include green fees and unlimited range balls for the event.

Tournament Fields: Tournaments will be considered full with 100 players. The Tour reserves the right to increase the field. NOTE: Increasing the field size will increase the purse.

Tournament Entry Deadline: The closing deadline for tournament entries will be 5pm (PST) on the posted date. Entries received after the deadline will be accepted at the discretion of the Tour Director.

Registration/Payment Policy:Registration for all Cleveland Golf Tour events can be made thru the Tour website only. Acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard or Visa. Please note that Check Cards with daily limits less than total entry fees will not be accepted.

Purses/Payouts:Purses are based on player turnout and will be posted prior to the beginning of each event. Full fields (100 players) will generate a 'minimum' purse of $40,000. First prize will earn 20% of the purse and purses will be paid to 30% of the field.

Withdrawals/Refunds: Withdrawals will be accepted for any reason, without penalty, when notice is provided to the tour office by 5pm (PST) on the posted deadline. Player withdrawals after the posted deadline will forfeit their tournament entry fee. Refunds will be granted in full for players qualifying for Nationwide Tour events. Refunds for medical or personal withdrawals after the deadline will be at the discretion of the Tour Director. Medical withdrawals will need proper documentation. Refunds, regardless of reason, will NOT be given for players after they have teed off in an event or for "no shows".

Tee Times and Grouping Procedure: Tee times and pairings will be posted immediately after the entry deadline. Groupings for Round 1 will be random. Round 2 pairings will be based on Round 1 scores. Players registering for tournaments after the entry deadline will be given the last tee-times available. No tee-time requests will be taken. Official tee times will be posted on the Tour website after registration closes.
